Rei is a firefighter with St. Paul Fire, recognized as a Firefighter Combat Challenger. Known for dedication, speed, and technical skill, Rei routinely competes in events that test the full range of firefighter tasks: stair climbs with SCBA, forcible entry, hose advances, victim drag, and rope hoist. These competitions showcase physical fitness, teamwork, and proficiency under stress—qualities Rei brings to every emergency response.
For personal protective equipment, Rei wears Lion PPE. Lion turnout gear and SCBA are trusted for durability, thermal protection, ergonomic fit, and integrated features that support mobility and safety during interior firefighting and technical rescue operations. Wearing Lion allows Rei to maintain protection while performing demanding tasks in both training and live incidents.
