Do you sell PFAS Free turn-out gear?

Yes.  Lion does provide a liner system that is PFAS free.  The moisture barrier is a product made by Stedfast, called Stedair CLEAR.  Although there are others coming to the market, Stedfast is the first to provide the product to the end user.  In addition, the Lion Redzone particulate blocking hood also uses the Stedair Clear PFAS free barrier in their hoods.  If interested, we can set up a meeting with Stedfast at your location to help you better understand PFAS barriers.

If we need to purchase a bunch of fire hose what should we purchase?

Purchasing fire hose is much more complex than it sounds.  Some questions we need answered to help you make the correct decision are;

• What is your desired flow?

• What type and PSI nozzles are you currently using?

• Are you having any problems now such as kinking, packing, pulling, durability?

• What is a typical size crew on your attack lines? 

A fire hose is not just hose.  With a little bit of information, we can make sure to get you the right product that you will be happy with for many years to come.
